This website will provide the first hand account of my experience purchasing a home at 740 West Fulton Street.  740 Fulton is a new development led by Thrush Companies in Chicago, Illinois.  This site will detail my journey in dealing with Thrush (and Garrison Partners who originally represented Thrush in the Sales Center of their 740 Fulton development) up to and including the current point in time.  In addition, I intend to share my personal experiences and interactions with several key individuals in both organizations.  Moving forward, I would like to open this site for individuals to post information about their own experiences with Thrush and/or Garrison Partners at the 740 Fulton development and other Thrush developments.  Longer term I may open the site for posting experiences about other Chicago and non-Chicago development companies.

 

This site is an attempt to ensure buyers are able to make informed decisions, have complete insight into the common pitfalls of purchasing a new construction home or condo and understand specific developer practices that can substantially impact a buyer’s new home purchasing experience.  Stay tuned for more information.
